If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Should there be repeated problems with shipments to a particular region or address, we may ask to have the damaged product returned. This is to address the problem with our carriers.

From the moment you enter our shopping cart, you are on a secure server, using what is called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Should credit card numbers be required this information is encrypted when it is transmitted and stored in a secure environment.
Only items that are in stock are presented on the ikidsplace site. In rare cases, due to heavy demand, and the timing of the order processing, there may be occasions when an item is back ordered. These items are not currently in stock, and in most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more suppliers. When we receive the product, we will notify you via e-mail and ship it to you promptly, or notify you by e-mail if it is no longer available.
No taxes need to be collected on free gift items. Utah residents are taxed at a rate of 6.25% for all non-free items.
ikidsplace respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect and use personal information. Changes to this policy will be announced fourteen (14) days prior to the date they become effective.

We include the ability for members to "opt out" of our e-mailings, as well as to review, change or delete their information, as part of every e-mail communication we initiate.
